Taking this to slow down the negative side effects of aging

My husband is taking this for Pre-diabetes along with other supplements. We both are taking it as a recommendation from Dr. Oz to help slow down the aging process. Oz highly recommends taking this supplement. It has softened facial lines and helped with joint pain after exercising. All the other benefits will be accumulative, I'm sure, as time goes by. Miracle in a pill

I decided to give this supplement a try after doing a little research. I get really weak and faint feeling when I do not have beef or a large amount of sodium for more than 2 or 3 days. I found that people with fibromyalgia can be helped with this issue by taking this. As I further researched I found it has been shown to help kids with insomnia and people with Autism. I have 2 sons. My 7-year-old has pretty severe insomnia and my 5-year-old has Autism. It just made sense to give this try. I personally have more energy than I have had in a long while and am sleeping better. My 7 year old has slept through the night for last 3 weeks. He had never slept through the night more than 3 nights in a row (and that was very rare) previously. Lastly, my son with Autism has had great reports at therapy and has had better control of his behavior and emotions
