I take 1 capsule per day, 500 mg with alpha lipoic acid, 100 mg. Both antioxidants complement one another. After a three-month treatment, my cholesterol normalised from 8.5 to 5 units. I have felt a surge of energy, and my mood has improved. Additionally, I also take Vit. D and L-optiZink in consultation with my doctor.

I've been using it for nearly two years for anti-aging and fatigue recovery. It has really helped me manage fatigue, but the price has increased significantly—from ¥3,654 to ¥5,714 in just over a year, which feels excessive.

I had been feeling extremely tired upon waking, but after taking three tablets daily for about three days, I now feel refreshed in the mornings. The price is a bit high, so I've reduced my intake to one tablet daily, which still seems effective.
