We explored the impact of L-lysine on back pain in 220 patients suffering from dorsalgia. By using multiple pain assessment tools, we aimed to understand how effective L-lysine aescinat could be in reducing pain and improving movement.

We conducted a randomized, double-blind clinical trial involving 90 adults suffering from acute radicular pain due to herniated disks. Participants received either a steroid treatment or L-lysine aescinate alongside a common pain reliever.
