I find these tablets effective against herpes. Whenever I feel an itch on my lips indicating mouth ulcers, I take three tablets at once, both initially and throughout the day. I can confidently say they help! Mouth sores vanish promptly.

Prevented stomatitis
I initially took vitamin B complex for my tendency to develop aphthous ulcers when fatigued, but after hearing about lysine, I decided to try it. Since starting lysine, I haven’t experienced stomatitis, so I believe it has worked.
