It could be particularly effective in Korea. Since discovering Iherb, I have been using various supplements for ADHD and fatigue. Ornithine has helped me significantly with my fatigue. Although I do not indulge in alcohol, my liver felt quite fatigued. I sleep longer after taking it before bed, waking up refreshed.

It worked on fatigue odour! For the past three years every summer, I noticed a strong ammonia smell from my sweat. However, after a couple of days of taking this supplement, the odour has noticeably diminished! I also feel more active and alert. I suppose it could be due to simultaneously taking iron.

I ordered L-ornithine for my son, who has Gilbert's syndrome with elevated bilirubin. Due to ammonia accumulation, we were advised to use Hepa-Merz, but I opted for ornithine instead, in combination with other treatments. I believe he’s feeling better, and the yellowness has lessened.

In my physically demanding job, I often felt unable to continue. Now, I can push forward even when fatigued. I notice a positive mental effect, feeling more inspired to perform better and combat tiredness. However, I only take it every other day or when I’m particularly busy.
