Goodness, I struggle to wake up in the mornings and find it frustrating every day. I’ve experienced what I believe to be knee pain, alongside a persistent ache from my stomach to my right abdomen. However, since I started taking ornithine, I feel considerably better and less frustrated. Although I tried Chinese medicine (Yakushiro Shojaku Chen Leek half summer), it didn't have the same relieving effect as ornithine. I aim to keep taking it for a while longer.

For muscle pain, the amino acids l-carnitine, citrulline, and ornithine effectively combat lactic acid. I recommend taking these before and after training. I find ornithine particularly beneficial. Additionally, soaking one's feet in hot water with mustard, and using bischofite or Epsom salts can help. These magnesium sources relieve spasms nicely. Magnesium oil is also great for massages. Overall, a warm bath with these salts can be excellent for muscle relaxation.

I've repurchased this product numerous times. After overindulging in alcohol, I often experience knee pain and body soreness the following day, which I identified as acute alcohol myopathy. I've learned that ornithine supplements can be beneficial. Initially, I tried pharmacy brands but opted for this one due to fewer additives. Though it recommends 3 tablets, I sometimes need 4 for the desired effect. Thankfully, it has significantly reduced my body pain, especially when I remember to take it.

This will now be my regular purchase. Recently, I experienced significant head pain, particularly post-covid illness. After taking this for a week, my headaches disappeared. It aids in removing ammonia from the body and reduces overall intoxication. I highly recommend it, especially when taken on an empty stomach. Thank you!
