Calmness, balance, sleep - that's what I experience. I can't speak for others, but it aids me in managing overwork, calming my nerves. Before I began this, I had dull skin, brittle hair and nails, headaches, distractibility, irritability, fatigue, sleep issues, pressure fluctuations, and arrhythmia. I take about 800 mg in two doses. Alongside the subtle, yet significant work magnesium does within my body, I cherish its ability to bring balance.

I consistently take magnesium. My daughter recommended it for my health, which prompted me to start. Previously, I dealt with constipation, but I've been improving. I also had irregular heartbeats and needed medication. Since taking this, my arrhythmia has ceased, and I've discontinued the medicine. It's a superb supplement.

The benefits are clear. I take it for a month after every two. Following my second birth, I experienced arrhythmia; this helped. It's more cost-effective than pharmacy options and assists with insomnia, apathy, fatigue, and stress. I've tried it and recommend it.

My heart experienced arrhythmia, leading me to seek this out, suspecting a magnesium deficiency. I'm using other supplements too, yet I've noticed significant reduction in tremors. The dosage seems adequate, and I intend to continue using it.

This has positively impacted my heart, noticeably reducing arrhythmia attacks. My sleep has also improved. I didn't give it 5 stars solely due to its laxative effect, which may be due to my personal characteristics.
