Seizures improved
I ordered this magnesium for both myself and my mother. I take it preventatively, while she's experienced convulsions previously. After two months of use, she’s noted a significant improvement and no longer wakes at night due to seizures. This result is excellent.

Weak formulation
I chose this magnesium based on reviews, but it caused diarrhoea and didn't seem effective. I later learned that magnesium oxide and aspartate aren’t well absorbed. I'll be switching to another magnesium product.
