Smooth bathroom experience

Very satisfied! I had issues with constipation and hemorrhoids. After taking one of these at night, I found that the next day was smooth sailing in the bathroom :D I am very impressed.

Stomach problems resolved
I take one pill before bed. It has helped with my hemorrhoids. I started with 400mg but faced stomach issues, so I switched to 250mg. However, I've resumed taking 400mg since it proves more effective. Miraculously, my stomach problems have disappeared.

It's good! We purchased it to improve sleep quality. Although it's unclear if my sleep has improved, I am pleased that I've experienced looser stools. Importantly, I stopped bleeding due to my hemorrhoids. Some claim the capsules are large, but I didn't mind.
