Magnesium cream aids diaper rash
We investigated how a cream containing 2% magnesium affects diaper dermatitis in young children. In this clinical trial, 64 kids under two years old were divided into two groups: one used the magnesium cream combined with Calendula, while the other applied just the Calendula cream.
After comparing recovery times between both groups, we found that magnesium cream significantly helped in treating diaper rash. This suggests that magnesium can be an effective option for soothing diaper rashes and may also benefit other types of dermatitis.

These capsules really work! After completing a course, I felt rejuvenated with an incredible burst of energy and an uplifting mood. However, do not exceed the recommended dosage, as this may trigger an allergic reaction. I experienced itching and a rash, which subsided after I stopped taking the capsules.

Be cautious! Although scientists assert that magnesium is not allergenic, I experienced immediate consequences. I am not typically allergic, yet I consumed one magnesium capsule before bed, and both my husband and I felt no effects. By morning, however, my hands were covered in red spots. I did not take anything else that could have induced the rash.

Severe facial swelling
I tried this magnesium for the first time and it was unsuitable for me. I failed to thoroughly check the ingredients, which included magnesium malate. After taking it, I suffered an extreme reaction; I woke up with significant swelling on my face, reminiscent of a dental anaesthetic reaction. After multiple attempts, I experienced the same outcome, and I’ll definitely discard it!
