This magnesium is good for absorption but unfortunately didn't suit me due to my gastrointestinal issues. It's one of the most effective and cost-efficient magnesium options. I initially took it for myself, but after a couple of months, I had to stop as my chronic gastritis flared up. However, my parents have been using it with great success; they are very happy and take it regularly. It's affordable and effective, perfect for pensioners!
