What's all the gripe about?
I see all the complaints about how you need to take 3 to get the 500 mg. I don't care at all! I prefer to take it 3 separate times through out the day, as 500 all at once is too much for my body and wipes me out. I take one in the morning with breakfast, put the other 2 in my pocket and take the other two later; one at lunch, one before bed. That way I am getting a slow and steady release of magnesium into my body. If you google info on magnesium, you will find the benefits of taking lower amounts more frequently. This is perfect. Thank you, NOW. I have no more Leg cramps, muscle spasms and I sleep better. I like the capsules as they are and I can't figure out why people are saying they are HUGE, they are not huge at all
