Alleviated frozen shoulder

Regarding my health, my elderly mother developed sciatica and I suffer from anaemia and frozen shoulder. I started taking it for the first time and was surprised by the bright pink colour and sweet taste. I lick it under my tongue after meals, morning, noon, and night. Though I occasionally forget to take it, I believe it has effectively alleviated my frozen shoulder pain as well as my mother’s sciatica. I look forward to changes in my blood tests soon!

Good effect! I tried sublingual absorption three times daily, and by the third day, the pain in my knees and shoulders began to ease. Thank you. My sleep at night has also improved. While I find this sublingual method acceptable, I prefer drinking it, so I intend to try another company’s methylcobalamin capsules.

Alleviated frozen shoulder

Regarding my health, my elderly mother developed sciatica and I suffer from anaemia and frozen shoulder. I started taking it for the first time and was surprised by the bright pink colour and sweet taste. I lick it under my tongue after meals, morning, noon, and night. Though I occasionally forget to take it, I believe it has effectively alleviated my frozen shoulder pain as well as my mother’s sciatica. I look forward to changes in my blood tests soon!

I initially started drinking this with the hope that it would ease my shoulder and neck discomfort. After consuming about half of the first bottle, I noticed a reduction in stiffness. However, if I stop for a while, my whole body becomes stiff again. I drink it based on my mood alongside the tasteless B12 from 21st Century. This troche type is quite delicious, and I believe B12 is beneficial for grey hair, so I wish to continue!
