Lutein is a naturally occurring antioxidant found in high amounts in green leafy vegetables, such as kale and spinach. While Lutein has been extensively studied for its role in eye health and protecting against age-related macular degeneration, there is limited research specifically exploring its benefits for Bursitis

As of the available data, there is no direct evidence to suggest that Lutein supplementation can prevent or alleviate symptoms of Bursitis Bursitis is a condition characterized by inflammation of the fluid-filled sacs (bursae) that cushion the joints, most commonly affecting the shoulder, elbow, or hip.
