New hair growth!
Looking for natural solutions to reverse hair loss on my legs I stumbled across a message board that indicated MSM might help. It's not very expensive so thought it worth a try. Within a week of taking the capsules I noticed small white (or translucent) hairs sprouting on my legs. When the hair gets about 1/4 inch the pigment fills in. Then I start noticing sparse new hair growth all over my body. Arms, fingers, beard, between my eye brows and all along my hair line. I'm very interested to see how much of my hair that I lost prematurely will grow back by continuing with MSM. Also discovered MSM is anti-inflammatory, good for skin (healing scar tissue), nails, detoxification of cells, combats candida and increases energy. I didn't know what MSM was a few weeks ago nevermind that I was deficient. I also started taking Intramax after seeing the new hair growth to supply copper and PABA to nourish the hair. Intramax contains MSM as well but doesn't list how much. I'm giving 5 stars for MSM. I haven't tried any other brands for comparison to know how to rate this brand. I am getting results using this one at a reasonable price
