Finally a way to get my cranky ol' mom to take MSM. I've been taking 14,500 units a day for years and I have no pain whatsoever. Even though I had a broken back and neck. NO PAIN ! I use bulk though and my mom just couldn't stand the taste of it. So hopefully she'll start to feel better. Her knees bother her greatly ( she's 83 ) and needs a walker. But I know and have told her and others that MSM will take away the pain of arthritis, Gout, neck aches, back aches, you name it and it's gone. I buy mine at rural king in a 2 1/4 lb. canister for about $18.00 a good deal and it lasts for months. Just mix a blue scoop in a bottle of water, shake and drink. No problem. As I said I have had no pain for years. It is made for a stud (horse) though, but that is a pleasurable problem you will delight in dealing with! (just kidding).
