Vitamin A reduces rash severity
We explored how vitamin A affects rash severity in ferrets infected with canine distemper virus (CDV). Our study involved both vitamin A-replete and vitamin A-depleted ferrets, assessing the impact of high-dose vitamin A on CDV symptoms.

Interestingly, ferrets that received vitamin A did not develop typical disease symptoms and only showed a mild rash, highlighting the vitamin's protective effect. The findings suggest that supplementing with vitamin A can significantly mitigate rash and other illness manifestations, reinforcing its potential benefits against similar viral infections in humans.

Retinol peel improves skin appearance
We explored the impact of a specialized 3% retinol peel on skin issues—like rash—affecting women undergoing adjuvant therapy for breast cancer. This low-invasive treatment was administered to four subjects at least six weeks after their surgical therapy ended.

After just four weeks, we found that all patients experienced improved skin brightness and firmness. Additionally, they reported high satisfaction with the treatment, feeling it positively contributed to their recovery journey.

We explored diaper dermatitis, a common skin issue in infants, to understand how skin care practices impact its prevention. Through a thorough review of 13 studies, we found that different cleansing methods, like baby wipes and water, are effective for diapered skin.

Bathing infants with a liquid baby cleanser appears just as beneficial as using water alone. However, the use of ointments containing zinc oxide or petrolatum—with or without vitamin A—showed similar effects on diaper dermatitis severity. Unfortunately, no conclusive evidence was found to suggest that any specific skin care practice consistently prevents this condition, highlighting the need for further high-quality trials.

Best beta carotene! I have tried numerous brands, and this is by far the best. Both Now Foods beta carotene products are great, but this one seems to be absorbed better. I personally experience sun allergies when exposed to too much sunlight, but after a few weeks of using this beta carotene, I have had no rash whatsoever! I have recommended this to all my friends and family and will continue using it. A must-try for those struggling with rashes caused by sun exposure!

Great product at a fantastic price! This has worked wonders on my skin! I sometimes get a rash when in strong sunlight after a long cold winter, but it doesn’t happen when I take this! Plus, it gives me a gorgeous tan that I would never achieve without this product! A must-have for summer!

Reduced rash effectively
Vitamin A in the form of carotene is the only bioavailable option for our bodies and provides benefits. I purchase it with vitamin E to enhance skin quality. I am very pleased with the reduction of fine wrinkles and the disappearance of rashes.

Rashes and inflammation reduced
I took this in combination with amino acids and vitamin E for my hair. While the hair quality improved but the hair still fell out, my skin noticeably improved. It began to glow, and minor rashes and inflammations disappeared without any new skincare product. The result is fantastic!

Even tan achieved
Great product! I take this every year in spring, before summer begins. I start using it in June for the entire summer: just one capsule a day. I have fair skin and usually get sunburnt, but since I started taking these vitamins, my tan has become even and golden, my vision has improved, and my skin has become smoother without any rashes. Highly recommend this beta carotene!
