Krill. I was looking for another source of omega to assist with arthritis in my hands and discovered that Krill Oil is superior to standard omegas. After using it for a few months, I must admit it has alleviated my pain and stiffness. I also bought some for my 83-year-old mother, and she finds it helpful too. Some complain about an odour, but I personally don’t find it offensive. If the smell bothers you, putting them in the refrigerator can help mask it.
