Natural antibiotic benefits

Natural Antibiotic. My nutritionist recommended this supplement to me years ago, and I take it regularly to support my weak immune system. I notice a change when I stop taking it, but it’s good to give your body a rest occasionally to see if it functions properly on its own. When I’m unwell, this is a great natural antibiotic; however, it’s worth mentioning that natural remedies tend to work more slowly than medications. As I can't take medications, this is my primary method to combat the flu and other ailments that arise during the cold season.

Effective cold remedy

My favourite supplement for when I have a cold. I drink it, and it prevents the situation from worsening! When I catch a cold, I feel cured after drinking it! I believe it's due to the combination of this and liposomal vitamin C, which allowed me to stay active even when my entire family fell ill with coronavirus. The large capsule is a slight inconvenience, and although there's a liquid form, it tastes unpleasant. Mixing it with green tea is an option, but I prefer the capsules.
