Tricky… this is all ALA Omega 3, not EPA or DHA Omega 3

ALA. This is contained in walnuts. It's also found in vegetable oils such as: Canola oil Soybean oil Flaxseed oil The body converts ALA to its more active forms -- EPA and DHA -- but only in small amounts." So... the ingredients in this particular supplement are Flax Seed Oil, Evening Primrose Oil, Canola Oil, Black Currant Oil, and Pumpkin Seed Oil. No fish oil. No EPA or DHA. I wanted Omega 3 for Brain Health and Anti-Inflamation
