Great for my allergies...no more weekly shots. I am not a doctor but a veteran with severe allergies. I used to receive weekly shots, which I stopped after five weeks as they seemed ineffective. Since taking these Oregano Oil capsules for six months, I’ve had no breathing issues outside, and my allergy symptoms are about 90% cured.

This product has literally changed my life. Oregano oil was suggested to me for cedar allergies. I can't take OTC allergy medications as they make me nervous and jittery. I began taking these in November 2014, and this is the first season in years that my allergy symptoms are minimal. I highly recommend this for seasonal allergies.

No allergies experienced
The capsules are similar to fish oil, small and easy to swallow. They do clump together a bit, but I shake the jar. There is a spicy taste that lingers for hours; however, I experienced no allergies from this dietary supplement.
