Wonderful oregano oil! We utilised oregano oil in the anti-candidiasis protocol via capsules. After taking them on an empty stomach, I noticed a taste of oil in my mouth after 40 minutes, but it was not uncomfortable. I combined it with caprylic acid, an anti-candidiasis diet, and probiotics. Excellent! I enjoyed using these capsules, and there were no side effects. They are effective for candidiasis! I took one capsule for two weeks, then one each morning after meals and one in the evening after dinner.
