I liked the oil; I took one capsule for two days. At the first sign of a cold, it helps me recover quickly. However, it should be taken with food, not on an empty stomach, as it can cause a burning sensation. I intended it for cold prevention but I may increase the dosage later.

The small softgels are easy to swallow and have no unpleasant taste. I take oregano as a preventative, especially in winter when viruses are rampant. Thankfully, I only caught one mild cold throughout the season, and I believe it significantly helped.
