I guess I am the last to know how amazing this stuff is. I originally bought it to help with an infection I was experiencing. I was given a RX for Augmentin, and I always hate taking antibiotics bc of the impending yeast infection that soon follows. I was AMAZED. For the first time EVER, I didn't get a yeast infection with administration of antibiotics. I am in love! I am now just taking this on a normal daily basis, as I tend to be on the yeasty side with all the carbohydrates I enjoy. I am now cutting a few pills and squeezing them into a small container of coconut oil, which I feed to my dog (french bulldog) who has a real issue with yeastiness and recurrent infections. I also spread some of this on my palms and rub it through her fur, concentrating on areas where she has issues (paws, tail pocket, armpits) I LOVE this stuff! Also on a side note, I also noticed when I go #2, it actually smells like the oil...might be a good option for people who are embarrassed by their odor
