Effective for intestinal issues
This is a GREAT PRODUCT. After eight years of intestinal problems, including indigestion, bloating, upset stomach, constipation, heartburn, and vitamin deficiency, one pill after every meal worked wonders. Initially, I had some upset stomach and diarrhoea, which I think was part of the cleaning process, but now I can breathe easily, all for under $15!

Prevents heartburn
Great when taken on an empty stomach! Although the label suggests taking it with food, I prefer to take it empty and wait at least 30 minutes before eating. This ensures that the enteric coating doesn't dissolve too soon, preventing heartburn. Taking it with food often leads to heartburn as the stomach acid can cause the capsule to open prematurely. Two capsules a day seem to enhance my digestion.

Effective coating
An excellent antiviral agent! It saved me from colds all winter. As soon as I felt unwell, I took one or two capsules after dinner, and the next day, I felt fine. There may be a slight burp after some hours, but the special coating on the capsules prevents them from dissolving in the stomach, which avoids heartburn and gastritis. The capsule dissolves in the intestines, the ideal location for targeting pathogenic flora.
