Severe cramps

What a mess! This product caused severe stomach cramps and diarrhoea, worse than food poisoning. I experienced nausea, bloating, and excessive bowel movements. This is not worth it; my stomach is now sensitive to certain foods. I have a severe upset stomach after using it.

I like the NOW brand, but I react badly to this oregano oil. Compared to the other brand I used, NOW consistently causes stomach issues, including dull pain and severe cramps, leading to nausea and cold sweats. After experiencing these symptoms, I discarded it.

Helpful for nausea relief
After learning about the great benefits of oregano oil, I decided to incorporate it into my regimen. I suggest anyone experiencing nausea or heartburn after taking it should consume it with plenty of water, as this significantly helped me. Alternatively, it can also be taken about half an hour to an hour post meal. A useful remedy indeed!

Stomach relief
Disinfection I've been troubled by bloating for some time, accompanied by unbearable rumblings and bowel issues over the past few years. I decided to try oregano, known as a natural antibiotic, and purchased it. It proved to be remarkably effective. As noted in the reviews, I experienced stomach pains, the strong aroma of oregano, diarrhoea, and nausea. I took one tablet each night for about two weeks, during which I occasionally had watery diarrhoea. However, after a month, my bloating ceased, and the pains disappeared, likely due to my body acclimatising. Now, I alternate it with other natural antibiotics as I'm concerned about a potential return of the discomfort. I'm truly pleased to have discovered it.

Effective treatment
For SIBO, I use various supplements, but I find oregano to be the most beneficial. It has notably lessened my gas and nausea, so I intend to keep using it alongside my other supplements.

Severe nausea
Definitely strong; it unfortunately caused me severe nausea. I initially ordered it as a suggested supplement for body cleansing; however, I believe it doesn't suit those with sensitive stomachs.
