I give this product to my dog, combined with Manuka Doctor Bio Active Honey 20+, as an alternative to regular antibiotics since he has Ciliary Dyskinesia, which leads to recurrent pneumonia. I started this regimen five months ago, and my dog has been pneumonia-free for the longest period of his life.
