This liquid stevia works beautifully with liquids. I find that the malt or fillers in natural stevia powders do not mix well with cold drinks, often leaving a chalky residue. This liquid stevia, while it contains alcohol, has a more concentrated sweetening ability than the powdered form. It mixes well with drinks, particularly tea. However, if overused, it can have a peculiar taste, but this is mitigated when used in cooking.

Not recommended for drinks
The taste is dreadful and causes bitterness when used in hot drinks. I did not try it in cold drinks, though it might vary; however, I will not purchase it again.

Preferred for cold liquids
Liquid stevia is an excellent choice for sweetening cold liquids. I've used stevia for years and find Now to be a trustworthy brand. Generally, I use the powder for cost-effectiveness, but it can be tricky to dissolve in cold liquids. For such situations, I prefer the liquid version. However, the dispenser could be easier to use compared to the dropper bottles.
