Effective sore throat relief
I purchased this for myself and I've been pleased with it. Previously, I took it as a picolinate, but this time opted for lozenges and I have no regrets. They have a pleasant taste and soothe my throat effectively. I often experience nausea with zinc in pharmaceutical forms, but these lozenges didn't cause that issue. If you do experience it, avoid taking them on an empty stomach. I notice the effect particularly when I take them at the onset of a sore throat every two hours—they significantly ease my discomfort. Highly recommended!
