This product is suitable for my four-year-old. She has been under the care of a gastroenterologist for liver and pancreas issues. I ordered pancreatin from Nau as she did not enjoy the previous prescription. I've been giving her a full capsule daily, and after using it alongside an artichoke supplement, her ultrasound showed improvements. Her stool has normalised, she's more energetic, and the red spots on her skin have disappeared. I also find it effective for myself.

Great Pancreatin! I bought it for my father, who must take a pharmaceutical pangrol post-surgery, which is quite costly here. He claims that Pancreatin by Now works significantly better and is much cheaper than the pharmacy pangrol. I recommend this.

I have relied on this particular pancreatin for years. Diagnosed with a need for pancreatin at 19, I am now 37 and simply cannot manage without it. Other expensive brands didn't provide relief, but this one does. It’s affordable, comes in a large jar, and performs better than alternatives like Mezim and Creon.

Requires higher dosage
I have ordered it several times as a substitute for pharmaceutical Pancreatin or Creon. I initially took three capsules with meals and did not notice a significant effect. After gradually increasing to five capsules, I then felt the effect. If my review was helpful, please click YES!
