I recommend this pancreatin. I have chronic pancreatitis, and during my pregnancy, my symptoms worsened. While using Creon, Mezim, and others, I noted improvement in my overall health after switching to this product. I only need one capsule a day, or a second if the meal is heavy. The price-quality ratio is excellent, and I stopped using enzymes after a couple of months. I'm very satisfied with this medication.

I've been ordering Now pancreatin for several years due to chronic pancreatitis, usually buying enough for a year. I take one capsule after meals, while pharmacies require me to take at least four tablets for a similar effect. Hence, I can confidently say that there's no real saving when buying pharmacy pancreatin. Just one capsule after meals stops the heartburn, heaviness, and bloating. I suggest those with similar issues give it a try.

It helps greatly! I have chronic pancreatitis and use this remedy preventively with interruptions. Even during flare-ups, it provides excellent support, though it isn’t a medicine. There’s a discussion about whether it’s better than CREON; I can only say it’s definitely not worse for me.

This product has greatly helped with both the effect and the price. I have pancreatitis, and I feel indebted for a long time. One capsule suffices for a meal. I experimented with timings, finding that taking it 10 to 15 minutes before meals is most effective.
