Increased my gastritis symptoms. Unfortunately, the pancreatin supplement aggravated my gastritis within just four days. It seems that protease may irritate gastritis, which is likely what I experienced. Additionally, I suffered from headaches and low energy, and I felt quite moody. I believe it could be beneficial for individuals without gastritis.

Absolutely amazing! During my youth, I developed chronic gastritis and endured unbearable pain. I relied on pancreatin, mezim, and creon, with the latter being particularly pricey. I have confirmed gastritis and early-stage pancreatitis. Previously, Mezim was prescribed frequently, but I opted to try this more affordable pancreatin, which appears very similar. I initially took it daily, one tablet after each meal, but now, I use it once daily due to bloating. While the bloating doesn't disappear quickly, the heaviness after eating has thankfully ceased. I hope these capsules continue to provide me with relief.
