From this pancreatin, I have cramps in my intestines. I cannot understand why. Several times I have checked - it is definitely from this product. What a pity... It is inexpensive and has a decent dose.

This is a very effective product, with a pleasant package and no side effects. I strongly recommend it as it decreases severe cramping immediately after eating, alleviating diarrhoea. I felt great relief after the first pill and am much better on pancreatin.
