Peppermint essential oil effectively unclogs nasal passages, energises, and is beneficial for hair, among other uses. It can be ingested and applied to the skin to soothe ailments, relieve muscle pain, and combat bacterial infections. I absolutely adore this product and take it wherever I go. Using it in a diffuser creates a lovely atmosphere. I highly recommend it!

Essential for flu-related coughs, I add a few drops of essential oil to 50ml of water to create a dilute solution, drinking only a small amount. It is very effective in relieving coughs and preventing complications after a bronchial infection. Additionally, I use Betadine throat spray and NAC vitamins to help expel phlegm.
