I strongly recommend it as it effectively alleviates headaches. Personally, I find relief by applying it on specific points around the ears and neck. Peppermint oil works wonders for my sinuses. I apply a dab on my forehead for headaches caused by sinus issues, which alleviates my stuffy nose and eases sinus pressure. I also use it on my grandson to help with his asthmatic symptoms. After his bath, I mix a little with water and rub it on his chest and back. He claims it helps him breathe better!
