Fixed my Leg cramps in just a couple days.
I would get insane charley horses if I stretched my legs so I wasn't getting enough potassium. So I figured I'd get a supplement but they are all only 2% daily value (including this one) but that's because too much potassium is very bad for you. I take 2 of these around noon and 2 around 10pm and within a couple of days the charlie horses were gone as in 100% gone. I knew it was definitely the potassium because I went to visit my sister and didn't bring my potassium. I was gone for just shy of 2 weeks. About 4 days into the visit I woke up and stretched my legs and immediately I got a charlie horse. When I got home I started back on my routine and in 2-3 days i was doing good and by day 4-5 it was back to no leg issues. I've been trying to figure out why I'm missing so much potassium in my diet but i don't see any issue there. So I'll just keep taking a supplement because I really hate charlie horses
