I advise against taking too many capsules at once, as it can make one overly stimulated, affecting sleep. Following Dr. Berg's YouTube advice, I initially took 5 capsules daily for weight loss but later reduced it to 3 after meals. Despite this for a month, I struggled to lose weight, possibly due to other unhealthy habits in my lifestyle.
