I experienced the effects the very next day. Tired of irregular bowel movements, I took just two capsules on delivery day, and fortunately, I had a normal bowel movement the next day. I appreciate that it doesn't contain aloe, known for causing intestinal weakness.

I repurchased this product as it effectively alleviated my constipation. Initially, my bowel movements improved, prompting me to continue with 180 capsules. Now, I've opted for the larger 360 capsule size. Though I also take 700mg of apple pectin, I find the 700mg psyllium seed husk capsules more effective for my intestines. With a good balance of dietary fibre, I take capsules regularly and now experience daily bowel movements.
