Colitis symptoms reduced.

An excellent product from a reliable brand. I have severe ulcerative colitis and have tried numerous supplements alongside my prescribed medications. This is one of the few that genuinely works for me. I take it regularly with Vitamin D, and my symptoms have substantially dissipated. Just ensure to drink plenty of water; the pills absorb more in the stomach, and it can be uncomfortable otherwise.

Psyllium may sound exotic, but it is simply the husk of a plantain seed. Its remarkable properties allow it to retain water up to six times its weight, turning it into a gel-like substance. It does not irritate the intestines, even in the presence of ulcers, and rather contributes to their healing. This unique quality makes psyllium a valuable natural supplement in my health regimen.

Psyllium might seem exotic, but it's actually the shell of plantain seeds. It is remarkable in that it can retain water six times its weight, forming thick mucus. Crucially, it does not irritate the intestines, even with existing ulcers, and supports their healing by encapsulating the walls.

An effective way to cleanse the body! Psyllium is the husk of the psyllium seed, renowned for its ability to hold water up to six times its weight, transforming it into a thick gel. It does not irritate the intestines, even with ulcers present; instead, it envelops the walls, promoting healing. Soluble fibre also nourishes beneficial gut bacteria. It's vital to maintain a proper hydration level of at least two litres daily while using psyllium to prevent poor absorption of vitamins. This supplement has noticeably improved my gastrointestinal activity, alleviating stool issues and enhancing my overall sense of well-being. Additionally, I've experienced better skin tone and reduced rashes. Overall, I find psyllium a formidable ally in my regime for a healthier digestive tract.

Heals ulcers
Psyllium is a fantastic product for health, promoting three significant benefits: lowering blood sugar, detoxifying, and gently coating the intestines, which aids in healing ulcers and erosions. As an excellent sorbent, it can also be consumed during intestinal poisoning. I recommend taking psyllium in the morning and vitamins in the evening for maximum effectiveness.
