NORMALISED THE GIT DURING PREGNANCY! Psyllium is highly beneficial. The dosage recommendation is 2 capsules twice a day with plenty of fluid. I noticed excellent effects on my digestive tract during pregnancy, which resolved my constipation.

Ineffective for me

Unfortunately, Psyllium did not work for my constipation. I initially tried two capsules but saw no results. Increasing the dosage to 3 in the morning and 4 in the evening still didn’t help. The first time it worked was after multiple doses, and even then not consistently. My intestines simply didn’t respond well, and I experienced no relief.
