It's working – healthy gut
This stuff is amazing. First few days seemed like nothing really. I felt like is if I didn't need to use the bathroom for a bowel movement at my normal. I have always had issues (based on my nutrition and food choices) with ibs. I have never been classified, but I don't need a silly doctor to tell me what I've already encountered and found out myself through research, trial and error, and my own family. I've had some allergies most recently especially with the environmental changes (also a woman, so hormones play a factor as well). By day 3 and clean eating, I noticed. I emptied a fuller bowel movement, and yes... I felt full more with taking this. Only taking it in the morning currently. I am going to start a second serving this afternoon with my lunch. I believe it gently cycles your intestines helping to remove buildup, bad bacteria and fungus(yes fungus) can grow inside. I have LOST WEIGHT. I didn't weigh myself yet, but I can physically and visually see it, and my clothes show the difference. I've been on the product 7 days. Water retention is down, and bloating. DRINK LOTS OF WATER. And by that I mean aim half your body weight in ounces a day. If you're active like me or constantly moving (or having massive issues) you need to drink more than that. I weight roughy 150lbs, 5'8" athletic and I've honestly been drinking a goal of 128fluid ounces a day (that's a gallon) and yes... You can do it. Start early in the morning a big glass or 2. Otherwise I'm good with 90-100ounces. Nothing is an over night miracle worker. I know I'll notice more of a difference in a few more days. My energy levels are better, but mostly... My tummy. This stuff looks like flecks, and when it expands labs leaves the body it looks like small grains of rice almost. It definitely helps bind and gives me the fiber I need. There is only so much I can eat in a day. A healthy gut is a working gut. You need to be able to fully excrete your waste product. You need to fully be able to digest your intake and have a healthy body. This stuff is gentle so far and loved the reviews on it. Just remember to pay attention- sometimes too much fiber CAN constipate you. I am studying nutrition, personal training and a massage therapist. I've helped clients with low back pain and digestive issues for years when blockage occurs. I am now recommending this to my clients and staff at my office. â¤ï¸
