A good alternative to Metamucil. Following my colon resection for diverticulitis, my surgeon had me use a fibre supplement. Unlike the sugar-free Metamucil that gave me diarrhoea, this unflavoured option does not. Mixing it with orange juice and sparkling water works well.

A truly essential product. Psyllium has effectively helped me manage my diarrhoea. I incorporate it into baked goods and meatballs. It is indeed a vital addition to my diet.

Many Japanese diets lack sufficient dietary fibre. Psyllium Husk is, in my view, the ideal fibre supplement. For those suffering from constipation, it will bring relief, and for diarrhoea, it certainly aids improvement. Personally, I often experienced diarrhoea due to hunger, but since incorporating psyllium into my diet, my visits to the loo have significantly diminished, and I have noticed positive effects. I mix it with protein in an electric shaker, which works well for me.
