A miracle for my Allergies!

A miracle for my Allergies! I have terrible Allergies year-round (pollen, dust, mold, pets, etc.) and this has made a huge difference ... better than 20 years of allergy shots and ALL allergy meds (otc and rx), with no side effects (drowsiness, etc.). It's not a complete cure but if I take two capsules 2-3 times a day it makes a huge difference. When I'm outside during peak allergy conditions I can even take two capsules whenever I feel my sinuses "fire up" (as often as every two hours) and actually make it through the day without too much trouble. I would definitely recommend this for anyone with Allergies. Note: I think I read somewhere that it can conflict with certain kinds of medicines (maybe blood pressure?) so you might want to double-check with your doctor before trying it if you're on any regular medications, but I haven't had any problems

Works great for Allergies

I hardly ever write reviews on amazon but seeing as how many of the reviews helped me figure out what dose I needed for Allergies I'm going to chronicle my experience. First off this supplement is amazing. Before I started my Quercetin regiment I was taking Allegra- D 180mg, I had very severe Allergies. It worked OK , but after 3 months I started having really bad ED. Yes, erectile dysfunction. As a 23 year old there's no reason for me to have ED. I also had problems sleeping, feeling tired, and being angry all the time. This was when I started looking for something different, and did some research into Quercetin. After trial and error I figured the dose that works for me (I am 220lbs) was 2 capsules in the morning 7am and 2 capsules in the afternoon 12-3pm. I also take a 10mg singular every morning. After about 3 days of getting off Allegra and starting this I had amazing results. My allergy symptoms were completely gone and I regained my manhood. Additionally I feel refreshed, and my muscles feel a lot better in general. I have a job that requires me to be extremely active and after starting this supplement I feel like it takes a lot more work for me to feel sore. Overall I'm glad I made the switch . This works better than any other allergy medication I've tried, and trust me I've tried everything

Natural allergy relief!

I was on a prescription seasonal allergy pill for ten years. As time went by, it appeared to be less effective. When I would ease back on the doses or quit taking it in winter (I live in the Midwest), my sinuses would plug up horribly and skin rashes would develop. If I got past those withdrawal effects, the itching would kick in. It was indescribable: constant, profound, affecting my sleep. No question, my body was addicted to the medication! I decided after much research to try quercetin as a natural alternative, to relieve these withdrawal symptoms and help me with my Allergies moving forward. That was October 2018. The withdrawal symptoms lessened within the first couple days and within a month they were almost completely gone. When 2019 allergy season rolled around, I had an occasional drippy nose...after years of watery eyes and piles of tissues on a daily basis! I also used to get chronic upper respiratory infections, two or three every spring, and these, too, are in the past. I am not prone to long reviews, but I was inspired by other reviewers when choosing the NOW brand and felt I needed to pay it forward! I could never have predicted how much this supplement has improved my quality of life

BEST EVER for pet Allergies.

BEST EVER FOR YOU'RE DOGGO! We were struggling all summer to get our pitbulls horrible Allergies under control. The vet tried everything and I mean EVERYTHING! My dude had bloody scabs under his armpits, his ears were disgusting! And his paws were painful and swollen and red. We put him on zymox, daily for his ears but the issue would return as soon as we stopped. FINALY someone recommended this. IN ONE DAY, less than 24 hours he was 70�tter the following morning Brisk was cured. It's been 5 days now, no more scabs, no more stinky, painful ears, his feet aren't even slightly pink! And we have finaly been able to enjoy walks and water again! If you're struggling I can not say enough about this product

allergy Relief that Actually Works – Add Vitamin C!!

I have very bad seasonal Allergies that hit me every spring and every fall around Memorial Day and Labor Day. This spring, I heard about Quercetin and thought it was worth trying. What a difference this spring has been for me. While all of my fellow allergy sufferers have been miserable, I've been having the best spring allergy season since I can remember. I take two of these with breakfast and two with supper along with a single loratadine (claritin) daily. I'm not brave enough to give up the loratadine just yet, but I haven't had to break out the loratadine plus decongestant at all this spring. Normally I'm loaded up on generic claritin-d and still suffering symptoms while being in a constant decongestant fog. I'm even able to enjoy outdoor activities like bike rides with my kids. For me this has been a huge breakthrough in treating my allergy symptoms. This fall I'm going to try to go without the claritin by starting early on the quercetin and staying ahead of my symptoms. Update: Add Vitamin C!!!! This stuff works great, but if you add Vitamin C, it works even better. I use NOW Foods C-1000. I take two Quercetin and one Vitamin C twice a day. I haven't had to use any antihistamine or decongestant so far this year (4/23/13). Quercetin and Vitamin C work together. Do the research. It works!

It Really Does Help Allergies

I have significant Allergies in the spring and fall. September ragweed pollen is the worst time of the year for me. Allegra does *nothing* for my Allergies in September. I switch to Zyrtec and that helps a lot. But I still have some nagging symptoms. A few years ago I discovered Quercetin. I take two in the morning and two in the evening every day along with my daily Zyrtec. When I do that, I have *no* allergy symptoms at all during the worst pollen of the year. I am 100% symptom-free when I take Quercetin and Zyrtec daily. I spent years in misery since nothing would get rid of all of the symptoms. My doctor noticed that I came to him with sinus infections every October for several years in a row. That is all gone now. I use Quercetin during the worst allergy months of the spring and fall, and I remain symptom-free. Plus, no more sinus infections. Haven't had one in years

An incredible anti-inflammatory agent; especially for the sinuses!

This is one of those products I needed to find about 20 years ago, but finally found about a year ago! In the spring time, I have always had Allergies plug up my sinuses, leaving me unable to breath well, unable to smell anything, and sounding like I have a perpetual cold. When taking this Quercetin w/Bromelain in addition to allergy Meds., I get far less inflammation of my sinuses (and adenoids?), allowing me to breath through my nose again. I imagined that this miracle supplement should be taken for help during the fall (mold Allergies) allergy season, but that proved to worsen the sinus dryness and pain, reminding me that sinuses drain to keep your nose moist inside, and to flush out little foreign particles that shouldn't be there. If I force the sinuses open, things can get in that will only cause unwanted infection! The moral: It's great stuff for opening up your sinuses during the right times, but like anything else, can be misused if not considered wisely

Helps my allergy a lot!

I have allergy all year long. My nose is always a little runny. In bad days, my nose is stuffy and very runny which makes me hard to concentrate. I finally did some researches and decided to give this a try. After I started taking it for a week, my allergy symptoms starting to become noticeably better! Now I take one or two per day just to maintain it. It is a great improvement to the quality of my daily life

These fruit bioflavonoids work very well for inflammation as well as to help block histamine's during the allergy season. If you suffer from dust or pollen in the air seasonally as I do, by this and try it out take a couple in the morning take a couple in the late afternoon before bed, preferably on a empty stomach, And see what happens… It's nice not to have to take Sudafed Claritin and all the other steroids nasal spray's, etc. etc. when there are natural products which for most people may suffice. It's nice to be alert without a drug the toddler overly exciting you, or putting you to sleep for your Allergies. Try this product buy this product. The NOW brand (that is N natural O organic W wholesome that is where they got the name those three words, and 0W has been a Value brand of vitamin and nutritional supplements since the 1970s. They're made right here in the USA with their home offices in Illinois. Right in the heartland folks buy their products support this company I've been buying them for over 30 years. They are a great value dollar for dollar

Be careful if you have an allergy to pineapple

Maybe take it at night. It upsets my stomach but so does eating more than a few bites of pineapple. Maybe same reason
