Unfortunately, this caused bloating and abdominal pain. Previously, I took Boulardii from another manufacturer, which worked wonders in just two days, improving my digestion. Hence, I had high hopes for this product, but it worsened my condition instead. The swollen lymph nodes and abdominal pain increased after taking Now Foods’ sugar-methyls. I felt better only after stopping the medication.
