Helps bile secretion
I suffer from reflux gastritis, and after taking one capsule of silymarin, I noticed an increased bile secretion. So, this seems to be conducive for bile flow, especially for those without reflux. The effects are definitely apparent.

Worsens gastritis symptoms
Avoid this product if you have any gastric issues. It aggravated my gastritis. I should have checked the ingredients before purchasing, as it contains turmeric, which can upset sensitive stomachs. I've found other brands that seem to work well and I'm using this in a regimen for estrogen dominance/adrenal fatigue.

Great supplement! However, with an exacerbation of gastritis, it's better to avoid taking it. The capsules are convenient and easy to swallow.
