Significant improvement

Red elm has become my newfound remedy. As someone with erosive gastritis, I often experienced stomach troubles. Now, I consume elm twice daily, in the morning and evening. I have observed a significant improvement in my stomach health. It's unfortunate this brand is out of stock, but I’ll order from another manufacturer as I plan to continue taking it — it feels like a loving solution.

Great for soothing

Used historically by Native Americans, its bark contains mucus that protects and soothes the gastrointestinal tract. I primarily order it for my husband as it greatly calms his unsettled stomach. Previously, he tried slippery elm from another brand during a gastritis flare-up, and the results were superb. Its effects linger even now, and we always keep it on hand for various issues.

The order was completed quickly and delivered impeccably – thank you! The ingredients deserve attention, similar to those in China, India, and Tibet. The ancient Greeks and Romans acknowledged its medicinal properties. For those of us suffering from gastrointestinal issues, the elm bark is vital. Take it before meals, one or two capsules, and you'll experience a wonderful life, free from stomach complaints! At 72 years old, I've noticed a substantial improvement in my health! This excellent herbal preparation even boasts vegan capsules. It also helps manage cholesterol levels.

I have ulcerative colitis and used to take salofalk for a long time without success. After reading reviews, I tried Elm with l-glutamine and, oh miracle, it really helps! I order it in bulk. It has kept me regular, and I highly recommend it to anyone dealing with reflux esophagitis or duodenitis. My husband has found it very helpful for his heartburn too. Give it a go; you won't regret it!
An autoimmune disorder occurs when the body's immune system mistakenly attacks its own healthy cells and tissues, believing them to be foreign invaders, such as bacteria or viruses. This reaction can lead to inflammation, tissue damage, and impaired function of the affected organs. There are over 80 known autoimmune diseases, including rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, multiple sclerosis, and type 1 diabetes, each with its own specific symptoms and treatment options. The exact cause of these disorders is still unclear, but a combination of genetic, environmental, and hormonal factors is believed to play a role in their development.
Diagnosis of autoimmune disorders often involves a combination of physical examinations, assessment of symptoms, blood tests, and imaging studies to evaluate organ involvement. Treatment typically focuses on managing symptoms and controlling the immune response using medications such as corticosteroids, immunosuppressants, and biologics. In addition to medication, lifestyle modifications, such as stress management and a balanced diet, can be beneficial in managing symptoms. If you suspect you have an autoimmune condition, it's important to consult a healthcare professional for proper evaluation and tailored treatment options.
Slippery Elm, scientifically known as Ulmus rubra, is a deciduous tree native to North America known for its distinctive, smooth inner bark. Traditionally, this inner bark has been utilized for various medicinal purposes, primarily due to its high mucilage content, which becomes gelatinous when mixed with water. This unique property makes slippery elm a popular ingredient in herbal remedies, particularly for soothing digestive issues, coughing, and sore throat symptoms. The tree itself can grow up to 100 feet tall and thrives in moist, well-drained soils, often found near rivers and streams.
In addition to its medicinal uses, slippery elm has been crafted into lozenges, capsules, and teas, making it accessible for those interested in herbal health solutions. It's important to note that while many people find relief using slippery elm products, any herbal remedy should be approached with caution. Potential users should consult healthcare professionals, especially if they are pregnant, nursing, or taking other medications. As with any supplement, individual reactions can vary, and understanding the proper dosages and potential side effects is crucial for safe usage.

I recommend slippery elm for reflux esophagitis, which my mother suffers from. After acid emissions, her stomach and esophagus develop wounds, and this supplement heals them remarkably well. I take 2 capsules three times a day; they are small and easy to swallow. After a few days of use, she felt significant relief.

I take it to heal the mucous membranes of my stomach and intestines half an hour before meals. I open the capsule and mix it with water; the taste is fine, and you can add honey. The quality and composition are good, and it’s part of my autoimmune protocol, taken alongside liquorice. It can be used in cases of GERD as an alternative to proton pump blockers. I follow a 3-month treatment course. The capsules are easy to swallow, providing relief from discomfort.

Best Elm! We initially ordered from Now, and truly the effects were evident. My stomach and intestines felt much better. Unfortunately, their stock ran out, and I tried another brand—unfortunately, that upset my stomach. According to the reviews, the one from Now is the most effective! Remember, when using elm, avoid taking any other supplements or vitamins simultaneously, as they may neutralise each other. This knowledge proved beneficial for me.
