As an IBS sufferer, I bought this a week ago and have had excellent results. After experiencing chronic stomach discomfort and nausea due to gastritis and IBS, I’m grateful for how this product has changed my digestive health. I've had no stomach pain, my bowels are more regular, and I haven’t faced any indigestion. It's made such a difference that I’m actually concerned I’m not in pain anymore! I sleep better now as my stomach feels quieter and I've not had any diarrhoea or mucus episodes since starting it.

Best product available! I love the Now brand. They are highly effective for any ailment. I specifically use it when feeling nauseated, especially during migraine headaches. I take it when my stomach hurts, and I can feel the difference. No more stomach ache or nausea.

Works for stress-related
My daughter has upper GI problems, experiencing nausea and sometimes vomiting when stressed or with medication. This works really well for her. She takes it daily, and her symptoms have mostly vanished, except for a flare-up, likely due to a bug. I would definitely recommend it.

Solid cons. This drug is not recommended. I suffer from gastritis, and when it begins to “burn” inside, even slightly, it provides no relief. The effect is "zero". It causes unpleasant symptoms such as belching and nausea, which last all day and night. I am surprised by the positive reviews. It would be wiser to consider another manufacturer.

I do not advise. Elm did not suit me; while taking the drug, I experienced nausea at night. I will not purchase again.
