I used to suffer from seasonal allergies regularly and took Allegra, which caused back pain. After switching to this product, I stopped using OTC medications and felt much better. I rarely notice my allergies unless I run out. I only take one in the morning and one in the evening rather than several daily. Highly recommend!

With over a dozen food allergies, I struggled to meet my nutritional needs without consuming many vitamins. This product has helped reduce the number of pills I take daily and has lowered my overall costs. I've noticed improvements in my nutrient absorption and blood test results. I do add Methylfolate due to a genetic condition affecting my folic acid absorption.
