Spirulina "Now Foods" is of excellent quality; it has an algae smell rather than a chemical one. The packaging is convenient for a 40-day supply. After using it, I've noticed a surge of energy, improved performance, and a boost to my immune system, including significant relief from asthma – my attacks have greatly diminished! Additionally, my hair seems thicker, which those around me have pointed out. There haven’t been any side effects so far, even after slightly exceeding the dosage during menstruation. I’m surprised that others have experienced adverse reactions.

Improved asthma condition
This has been very effective. My asthma and nasal sensitivity have significantly improved, and remarkably, I no longer suffer from asthma after taking this medicine. I hope others can share more about its effects and side effects. However, the pills are rather large and difficult to swallow. Taking one daily results in green stools.
