I’ve been pleased with the thyroid support and weight loss from this Spirulina. After consistent usage, my TSH levels decreased from 3.5 to 2.45. Taking it before meals significantly reduces my appetite, which I find very beneficial. Additionally, I can use it as a skin mask by mixing crushed tablets with water. Previously, I tried powder but preferred capsules. While the dosage is consistent, Now Foods has become my favourite brand. It effectively curbs my hunger and boosts my energy levels!
